We want you to love your purchase from Giftsbysportfans! That’s why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If it’s been more than 30 days since your order arrived, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange—but we’re here to help with any questions!

What Makes a Return Eligible?

To send something back, it needs to be:

    • Unused and in the same great condition you received it.
    • Packed in its original packaging.

Heads-Up: Some items can’t be returned, including:

    • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
    • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
    • Gift cards.
    • Certain health and personal care items.

For a smooth return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase. And don’t send it back to the manufacturer—we’ll take care of it!

Partial Refunds: When Do They Happen?

In some cases, we can only offer a partial refund:

    • If the item isn’t in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not our mistake).
    • If it’s returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll shoot you an email to confirm it’s arrived. Then, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or declined. If it’s a go, your refund will zip back to your original payment method (like your credit card) within a few days. Easy peasy!

Sale Items & Exchanges

Heads-up: Only regular-priced items can be refunded—sale items are final. Need an exchange? We’ll replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Just email us at [email protected] and ship the item to:

Gifts: Special Cases

    • Bought as a gift and shipped to you? If returned, you’ll get a gift credit for the value—mailed to you once we receive the item.
    • Gift giver shipped it to themselves first? We’ll refund them directly, and they’ll know about the return.

You’ll cover the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we’ll deduct that return shipping fee from the total. Delivery times vary by location, so for pricier items, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt otherwise, and we’d hate to see your return get lost!
